Description: Strike quality proves to be identical and generally as expected, since San Francisco consistently produced coins of superb luster, but slightly deficient central strikes from the late 1930s through the conclusion of the series. 1939-S boasts an unusually clean surface and delightful ivory mint frost, while 1941-S has a noticeably flatter strike overall, but also lacks any major contact marks. Brilliant half-dollars within this two coin lot.
