Description: The only discernible difference in quality appears to be a singular tiny hairline just on the chin of the MS-64 example, as both of these appear to fall perilously close to a full gem assignment. Indeed, the MS-64+ probably falls just short due more to the reverse than the obverse, as the lesser side does display a handful of scattered ticks. Two coin lot.
