Description:	Pete Williams Collection. Collector appeal: "B" for the average grade range estimate of MS-63 - MS-67, although we believe one 1949-D nickel is actually a circulated replacement piece. Astonishing multi-faceted toning absolutely swallows some of the coins housed herein, with every single example obviously an original piece. Some past owner has accidentally "poked through" the paper for the Philadelphia coins, and the outer envelope is only modestly worn, with "1949" written unobtrusively in ink. A must-see item, for sure.
