Description: 133 graded PF-65 RB, 26 higher at PCGS. Examination of the memorably attractive molten orange surface reveals wisps of emerald-grey accents on the highest points of the detail, e.g. the ribbon and leaves on the obverse, and the numeral and wreath of the reverse. This lends an especially sharp rendition of the design, which obviously benefits from an exceedingly sharp proof striking. For a copper proof at only the PF-65 RB level, there are simply no bothersome hairlines or other distractions -- not even a single mentionable carbon fleck. Superior quality for the collector.
