Description:	O-113a has thirteen arrows on the reverse, and the obverse shows delicate recutting of the ninth star. Pewter-grey toning endows this VF-30 example with considerable appeal, especially given that there is no evidence of cleaning or past mishandling. A few old, small scribbles beneath the eagle's left (observed) wing are of no concern with regard to grade.
