Description: 85 graded MS-65, 62 higher at PCGS. A well-struck half-dime, details jut upward very nicely, offering strong delineation of the details at Liberty's feet, and also within the veining of the leaves on the revere. Slightly mottled cinnamon-gold splashes over the obverse, and even touches some portion of the reverse, although the effects do little to subdue the underlying vibrant mint frost. The "mintmark below" is somewhat more common than its "mintmark above" counterpart, although price guides generally show no distinction in market value.
