Description: Ex P. Kaufman when it was in a PR-67 NGC holder (274455-033), although for reasons unknown, it has since been reholdered and the provenance left off the label. Interestingly, it suffered a half-grade downgrade to PR-66+ then gained a CAC sticker, most likely putting it on even ground with regard to the originally assigned NGC grade. That said, the Kaufman provenance needs to be restored to this utterly gorgeous wintergreen proof. Superior lighting will also reveal bright peach near the obverse rim and vivid lavender-gold along a nice portion of the reverse rim.
