EPQ is practically a given at this grade level (one hopes) and on top of that, the paper retains considerable natural wave which proves hands-down that the note has never been pressed out. PCGS actually shows two notes exceeding the grade offered here, but the cataloger cannot imagine what could be improved upon over this fabulous specimen.
