Description: Wiley-Bugert-42 combines a normal obverse with a type-2 "very small S" reverse, creating a transitional die-marriage for the series. The surface appears a little bright for the cataloger's grade: [VG-8], but some major details emerge from the heavily worn surface. A minor rim bump at the top of the reverse and some circulation marks near ICA might be noteworthy.
