Description: Offshore Technician Consignment. 28-U. 2 graded MS-61, 6 higher at PCGS. Although graded "only" MS-61, what impresses most immediately is the outstanding sharpness across both sides of an issue that is so often found weakly struck. Hide the mintmark and this could readily pass as Philadelphia mint quality. Considerable carrot-orange drapes the surface, yielding to canary yellow lurking just below in some places. Abraded overall, the coin nevertheless offers some flashy luster toward the rim, surrounding that all-important beautiful strike.
