Description: Tobacco Road Collection. First is an 1840 "large date" cent that boasts utterly beautiful surfaces, replete with rich cocoa-brown patina and delicate hints of original greenish verdigris. A pair of non-certified examples accompany, including 1842 "large date" (Fine, very smooth wear and no problems at all) and 1845 (XF, a few stray circulation marks over slightly darker, original chocolate-brown). Three coin lot.
