Lot Title: 1862 3-cent silver, 1881 3-cent nickel, and a 1916-S Barber dime, all PCGS MS-65
Lot Number: 223
Description: Endless Sky Consignment. A trio of classic type coins match up beautifully, especially given the gem grade provided for each by PCGS. First is an 1862 3-cent silver in a green label holder, this a vibrant, well frosted example endowed with blonde patina and very nearly pinpoint details. Next is an 1881 3-cent nickel with ice-blue patina and an immaculate surface, endowed with remarkable luster. This is the obverse die with strongly repunched 8s in the date. Finally, a 1916-S Barber dime with exceptional details and subtle luster rounds out the group, the surface endowed with exceptionally original olive-grey toning throughout. Three coin lot.

This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
