Lot Title: 1911-S ICG MS-65 BN, 1929-S PCGS MS-64RB, and a 1931-S PCI MS-63
Lot Number: 714
Description: The Berry Tree Consignment. Here is an unassuming trio of Lincoln cents that becomes somewhat more interesting upon closer inspection. Some intensely attractive and vibrant neon-blue graces the 1911-S, and this appears to be natural iridescence - not that which used to be faked with application of MS70 coin conditioner. It is a marvelously struck coin with surfaces just as clean as one expects of the ICG grade (which seems correct). Next is 1929-S that offers hints of turquoise-blue over the lustrous surface. Finally , 1931-S supposedly has 90% red according to PCI, and they graded it MS-63, which the cataloger believes should easily cross to an MS-63 RB holder in today's grading environment. Three coin lot.

This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
