Description: Cotton-white thoroughly infuses 1878-CC with the appeal of pristine arctic ice, and this coin suffers a mere smattering of minute abrasions distributed over a virtually perfect strike. 1880/79-CC "Low 7, 3rd reverse" is not so-labeled, but obviously displays the overdate familiar to Redbook collectors. This is an exceptionally well struck example showing gorgeous grey-on-white obverse contrast, although the fields are not mirrored at all. Two coin lot.
