Description: The Mastodon Collection. 3 graded MS-65+, 26 higher at PCGS. Olive-gold intermittently sprays into isolated portions of either side, noticeably at the date area and left of the eagle's neck. Struck with precision, but not perfectly so, the last couple or so obverse stars could not be brought up due to a peripherally cracked die. The same is true of the reverse, although this side is almost perfectly detailed. An absolute dynamo, denied an even higher grade by perhaps a singular nick in the field off left of Liberty's shoulder.
