Description:	Two-Three-Four Collection. Mintage: 725. Hands-down a proof striking, presence of a strong, knifelike edge quickly divulges the format. The second "6" in the date is also just slightly repunched at the top, indicative of special preparation of the specimen die. The surface exhibits light, milky haze, possibly PVC related, and the cataloger suggests immediate professional conservation. Subsequently, one can easily see a final grade in the PR-63 range, minus a cameo designation despite some very fair contrast.
