Description: Technically, the fields are perhaps a bit more reflective than required for the "prooflike" designation, but slight cloudiness helps to preclude any real chance at upgrade. Especially for a New Orleans issue, this dollar was surprising well struck upon exit from the mint, with sharpness that rivals that of Philly strikes of the same era. One of the more available non-CC DMPL issues but no less desirable thereby.
