Description: The Isallobar Collection. With its shimmering fields, curving luster and sky-blue against almond-grey coloration, 1881 appears to be a candidate for upgrade until one discovers some slightly deeper hairlines drooping downward from the cheek. Hazy surfaces for 1884 may be cloaking a few invisible hairlines -- or it might be the case that proper conservation reveals a wonderfully upgradeable example with a very decent strike. Two coin lot.
