Description: Both are brilliant and would definitely be considered "white", although a subtle splash of bronze iridescence may be seen at the centers for 1938. 1937 is an impressive, hairline-free specimen with a couple of unusual characteristics. Washington's neck shows evidence of a rusty die, but of even more interest is the minor doubled-die seen at IGWT. There are absolutely no distractions at all for 1938, this being a superb gem in every sense, including a terrific strike. Two coin lot.
