Description: Forest Park Collection II. No shortage of eye-appeal could possibly exist for a blazing, silver-bright quarter like the present "very choice" example. Exuberant luster rebounds through the fields, swept up in a veritable maelstrom of shimmering brilliance. The dies used to strike 1928 quarters must have been used to their full extent, as the issue is frequently seen with evidence of die wear; witness the slight orange peel effect seen within the fields and there can be no doubt. Still, the full-head designation is assured by the intricate details seen throughout that exclude only a couple or so of the shield rivets.
