Housed in white Capital plastics holders these sets certainly omit several key signals that scream originality. Similar tones and undipped surfaces leads one to believe that it is very possible that these particular proof set were simple removed from their original government packaging and placed directly into these new plastic shelters. One set from each year spanning from 1950 through 1955 rounds out this proof set lot (ck).
