Description: Forest Park Collection II. Liberty's cheek is most definitely cleaner than expected of 1893-CC, an issue that is frequently seen marred by contact marks and abrasions. Rather dazzling in appearance due to the blazing, cotton-white luster that effortlessly shimmers around both sides, the only toning seen includes a small, darker planchet defect beneath the chin, and a mere whisper of greyish tone emerging from the reverse upper rim. The reverse has been very well defined by the die, but some roller marks remain present over the center of the obverse, a typical characteristic of the date.
