Description: Forest Park Collection II. Gems more-or-less, a pairing of blazing Carson City dollars never fails to attract its fair share of followers at any auction. Slight roll friction on the cheek of 1882-CC seems to ascribe the grade, and this example booms with opalescent-white luster. 1884-CC shows the lovely, granite-frosted texture that is so well suited to the Nevada mint, and Liberty's cheek barely avoids perfection with a few trivial luster grazes. Extremely well struck examples within this two coin lot.
