Description: Without question, the grade does border on mint-state, as immensely appealing, bright yellow-gold luster beams off each side and shimmers with startlingly active bands of energy. The reverse might be considered fully uncirculated except for a small touch of rub on the eagle's head, while some isolated friction affects the texture of Liberty's curls, the tip of her nose, and the raised edge at the bottom of the bust. A little less abraded than some lower mint-state specimens.
