Description: U.K. Lorgnettes Collection. Overton-103 can easily be verified by turning to the reverse first, and noticing a tiny raised dot atop the eagle's left (observed) wing. That being said, this appears to be a particularly exciting die state due to the fact that the cataloger could find no trace of the clash marks that almost always seem to accompany the O-103 die-marriage. So as a result of being struck from fresh dies, the details are generously endowed by production, approaching mint-state sharpness in spite of the ten points of wear. Interesting orange-bronze toning graces most of the surface but allows plenty of luster to shine through, especially on the reverse.
