Description: Although the reverse of 1812 is rotated nearly 90 degrees, this is not so uncommon for earlier bust half-dollars. It's surface has become significantly dulled by cleaning, but each side still displays sharp detail. The 1868-S half-dollar has pumpkin-grey toning overall, with unexpectedly strong luster beneath. Two coin lot.
