Description: Shawl Consignment. 20 graded MS-65, 6 higher at NGC. Scintillating cartwheel vibrancy figures deeply into the rather commanding eye-appeal of this bright and bold gem. Silvery brightness widely dominates the central areas of each side, surrounded by attractive pumpkin-gold halos. Numerous tiny incused dots in the obverse left field appear to be strike-through anomalies of unknown origin (possibly liquid). A reasonably bold example from the final year of New Orleans emissions.
