Description: Overton-129 R.4, has star 1 piercing the lowest curl, and on the reverse, "S/D" is readily visible at the last "S" in STATES. Curiously even, consistent slate-grey and olive tones layer the entire surface, allowing for a clean appearance of the design elements. Numerous scattered thin abrasions and circulation ticks are only as expected of the very-fine grade level, and evidently, a handful of planchet adjustment marks occupy Liberty's cheek.
