Description: Overton-129 R.4, has star 1 piercing the lowest curl, and on the reverse, the final "S" of STATES has been obviously repunched over an errant "D". Somewhat cloudy greyish haze overlays vast portions of the surface and yields to a thin band of darker grey encircling the peripheral design elements. Merely a few incidental scrapes and vague old abrasions will be found, none of them individually distracting.
