Description: Shop Talk Collection. The 1857 quarter is a common issue and popular as a type therefore, but few could hope to approach the level of visual appeal offered here, within the MS-62 grade level. Luminous ocean-blue, cinnamon-plum and crimson-gold completely surrounds the obverse and much of the reverse, attesting to obvious album placement, for many years, no doubt. While modestly subdued luster might not look quite vibrant enough for the choice level, the likely determinant proves to be the presence of just a few too many tiny contact ticks. Still, at arm's length, the eye-appeal is definitely "all there".
