Lot #: Go
Lot Title: 1881-CC MS-63 PL
Lot Number: 402
Description: VAM-6 has a wormlike die break at the bottom of Liberty's lower lip. Possibly prooflike on a good day, the fields display wonderful, flashing reflectivity surrounding the beautifully frosted central motifs. An exceptionally precise strike has sculpted the eagle's breast feathers, with full definition extending all the way to the tips of the wings. Typically abraded, a number of minuscule abrasions occupy the cheek.

This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, CACG, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
