Description: Mintage: 10,820. 26 graded AU-55, 44 higher at PCGS. Were the market for Liberty tens more active, the 1882-O would not be such an undervalued issue, as the low mintage and sparse census representatives at even the AU level suggest an overlooked date in the series. Somewhat flashy lemon-gold luster shimmers around and outside of the stars, yielding to field friction on the obverse. The reverse looks practically prooflike despite mild overall handling. A highly pleasing example.
