Description: Mintage: 11,190. Strangely compelling despite the disclaimer, each side retains flashes of the semi-prooflike luster that characterizes the 1880-CC. PCGS states "tooled", but really, each of the obverse fields displays brief scribbling of non-numismatic nature. AU-55 in terms of sharpness, which makes the idle scratches all the more unfortunate.
