Given the quantity of light hairlines on both sides, the portion of remaining luster and nice color may not be enough to pull this double-eagle into a straight-grade slab. The appeal follows from the fact that the 1858-S is not a known shipwreck hoard date and so many were melted that it is an elusive issue within the series.
