Description: Having fallen off its pedestal at the pinnacle of rarity within the series back in the 1960s, the 1903-O has become available to the extent that an auction company can actually group two choice examples together, certified in PCGS rattler holders, no less. Light dandelion-gold toning drapes the upper portion of one example, and it displays the kind of clean cheek and flaring luster that suggests upgrade potential. The other gleams with near-white lustrous presence and also shows a clean cheek, although a sharper abrasion on the reverse might limit upgrade potential. Big coins in small plastic for a pleasing two coin lot.
