Description: VAM-2 features mostly-effaced doubling of the 1 in the date, and the early die-state for this example can be readily affirmed by the lack of advanced die cracks around the date, as well as the prooflike appearance that only occurs with fresh dies. Blistering white reflectivity actually has some claim upon a DMPL upgrade in our opinion, although lengthy sparkling bands of luster probably convinced NGC to stick with PL instead. On the cusp of being fully struck despite light roller marks on the portrait.
