Lot #: Go
Lot Title: 1940 PCGS PR-64 (rattler), and a 1941 PCGS PR-66 CAC
Lot Number: 517
Description: 1940 was struck off of fresh dies, as can be ascertained by the strength of the AW monogram, as well as precisely cut details on both sides. Conversely, 1941 must have been struck off of rather used dies since the AW is essentially completely missing, aside from a faint hint of a depression where the monogram would be. The latter coin features no toning at all, while a delicate layer of beige brilliance tints the 1940. Two coin lot.
