Description:	Roman Powers Collection. Overton-103a has "1" in the date just on the cusp of touching the curl, and the eagle's beak attached to the neighboring star. A bit subdued and "sanitized" for the Fine level, some gunmetal coloration layers over about half the obverse and most of the reverse, suggesting an old soap-and-water cleaning. An angular tick is noticed at S2.
