Description:	Roman Powers Collection. Collector appeal: "B". Inner and outer envelopes are intact and attractive. More importantly, several coins feature gorgeous, thickly saturated violet-blue toning, especially 1956 quarters, and the Philly cents appear to be completely red as well, while the 1956-D cents have picked up some greyish patina.
