Description:	One can tell at a glance that tremendous effort on the part of the consignor has been made to elevate the quality of this collection through the pursuit of highly detailed examples. Many also offer significant luster, and the pleasing surfaces seen almost everywhere suggest very astute, patient discovery of these coins over a long period of time. Dispensing with what is not present, the holes remain unfilled for 1857, 1858LL, 1858 SL, 1867-1874, and 1876-1878. That leaves the completion process as quite a challenge remaining to the new owner, but some mention of the best highlights must also be made. We suggest the following: 1859, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64 CN (all AU), 1864 bronze (XF), 1864 "L" (XF, basically perfect), 1879 (AU), 1881, 2, 3 (AU), 1884 (UNC), numerous AU coins from 1886 - 1897, 1898 (UNC), 1899 (UNC), 1903 (UNC), 1906 (UNC), 1907 (UNC), 1908 (UNC), 1908-S (XF), 1909 (UNC), and 1909-S (VF). Fabulous effort that has resulted in a fabulous partial collection!
