Description: VAM-3 has tiny die-scratches at Liberty's eye, and left-tilted Cs in the mintmark. Astounding eye-appeal could hardly be better at the numeric MS-63+ PL grade level, showing exceptional brilliance from the impossibly deep, reflective fields. The devices are expectantly filled with the frothy white texture that will lead to a prooflike designation every time, and indeed, the cameo contrast doesn't lie too far from DMPL.
