Lot #: Go
Lot Title: 1880-O PCGS MS-64
Lot Number: 586
Description: Vida D. Bertie's Consignment. The obverse bears traces of mossy green coloration intermixed with pastel grey, while the reverse shows two lines of intriguing greyish streaking left to right. Lovely definition attests to the stronger mint-state grade, although a smallish reed mark contacts Liberty's portrait toward the right side of her cheek. MS-64 is probably the highest sensible grade in which to collect 1880-O, as gem examples cost as much as a small, new automobile.
