Lot #: Go
Lot Title: 1860-O PCI, as described
Lot Number: 520
Description: PCI has provided a grade of MS-62 DMPL, although the designation cannot be taken seriously, given that the surface offers only typical swooping luster throughout from a normal striking, albeit with some minor reflectivity imparted by fairly fresh dies. For that matter, the present abrasions are unfairly magnified by the luster, and we note a significant dig above the eagle's right (observed) wing. After all is said and done, we advise a final overall grade of MS-60/reverse damage as an appropriate assessment.

This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
