Description: The consignor has included a PCGS blue-label insert that indicates MS-63 RB as the grade once assigned within a slab for this slightly bright brick-orange example. Very close examination reveals innumerable bluish-grey dashes angling across each side, a classic indication of wood grain toning. A trivial carbon fleck levitates above LIBERTY on the obverse, but there otherwise seems to be no lack of upgrade aspirations
