The cataloger believes this to be an imitation Transylvania - Sigismund Bathory thaler, as it combines improperly placed lettering (SIGISMUND to the left, BATHORI to the right) with the incorrect portrait for 1592. Tooling on the edge also suggests an electrotype coin, possibly made for tourist consumption.
