Description: A singular copper spot appears on the obverse and perhaps a couple more scatter across the reverse of the 1901 quarter-eagle, but to its advantage, both sides display marvelous sharpness. The 1907 quarter-eagle displays slightly lesser sharpness overall, as can be inferred by trivial lack of detail with in the eagle's lower feathers, but this coin also displays surface quality and preservation superior to that of its companion. Two coin lot.
