Description: VAM-11 can be identified by significant die lines in the eagle's wings, as well as some narrow die-cracks that connect peripheral lettering on the reverse. This is an utterly stunning inaugural Carson City representative, with the obverse absolutely drenched in watermelon-gold patina, except for a long curving swath of deeply invigorating sea-green and cyan iridescence. Amber-gold toning filters over the reverse rim, with a bit of sky-blue creeping over the extreme bottom. An absurdly well-defined example with remarkable eye-appeal.
