Description: In the interest of conservative assessment, the cataloger calls the grade for both 1878-CC GSA coins "MS-60", although at least one of them should exceed the basal mint-state level upon certification. As always, the "poker chip" states "circulated", with one properly accompanying each coin within the still-sealed Mylar holders and envelopes.
