Description: BB-196, B-17 attributes rather easily once the "collar" on Liberty's neck is located. ICG offers a straight F-15 grade, but the surface displays a peculiar admixture between carrot-gold and murky olive blue color that never quite latches onto eye-appeal. Still, the surface seems to be smoothly worn, and nobody can complain about the bold internal details evident for Liberty's portrait.
