Description:	Hy Kearny Consignment. Strong definition includes excellent vertical delineation of the parallel lines within the fasces, as well as generally well-sculpted feathers in Liberty's headdress. That said, careful examination of the surface reveals faint matte texture that suggests very slight corrosion, hence the cataloger's "environmental damage" disclaimer.
